Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It’s written in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@padraigtreanor.com.
Who I am
This site is run by Padraig Treanor, based in New South Wales, Australia. I handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What I collect
→
Contact form: your name, email address, and whatever you tell me about your project, budget and timing.
→
Shop orders: purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar collects your name, email, billing details and payment information. I receive your name, email and what you bought, but never your card details.
→
Analytics: the site is hosted on Framer, which records anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location so I can see how the site is used.
How I use it
→
To reply to your enquiry and run any project we agree on.
→
To deliver products you buy and help with any issues.
→
To understand and improve the site.
I don’t sell your information, and I won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Who I share it with
Only the services that run the site and shop: Framer (website hosting and forms), Polar and its payment processor Stripe (checkout and payments), Google Workspace (email) and Notion (template delivery). Some of these store data outside Australia. Each has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Framer and Polar use essential cookies to make the site and checkout work, and Framer’s analytics may use cookies or similar technology to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they’re useful for our work together, then deleted. Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing hello@padraigtreanor.com. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
